ILT and ELearning Development
NEPHTC runs over 200 trainings per year and in the past year I supported the development of 24 unique trainings. Training development projects range from complex instructor-led training to speedy video editing with discussion design. I work with partners on needs and feasibility, source experts, create mentoring structures, as well as working with instructional design and expert teams to produce self-paced trainings. We also host and market a wide range of webinars for specialized topics.
Our Managing Effectively in Today’s Public Health Environment, which is a blended program of live, online, instructor-led and self-paced work, has recently won an award and a description of it’s adaptability and was recently accepted for publication in a respected industry publication, the Journal of Public Health Management and Practice.
